How to return an order?

Please email us within 7 days of receiving your order at with details:

-Order number

-Reason for return

-If you would like a refund, exchange or store credit

Once we have received your return, we will take the requested next steps.


What do I do if an item is damaged?

Please email us within 7 days of receiving your order at including:

-Photo of the damaged item

-Order number

We will then organise a replacement of your damaged item or a store credit, as advised by you.

You will be responsible for return postage charges, unless the item was damaged or agreed otherwise with our team. 

We suggest keeping a record of your tracking number as we will not be responsible for any returns that are not received. 


How are refunds processed?

Refunds are processed through our online store and returned back to you via your original payment method.

Eg. If you paid using PayPal, the refund will be paid back to your PayPal account.

Once approved by our team, refunds will be processed promptly and clear into your bank account within 5 business days.
